Currently, there is a Minimum Order Value of $500 USD.
Do I have to pay Value Added Tax (VAT)?

When an order is processes as an official export, customers will not be charged the local VAT of 10% of the order value.

Do you deliver to my country?

Do you only sell in packs?

Yes and all Styles come in packs of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 pieces per pack as confirmed for each style on the product pages. Unfortunately, we are unable to split these. However, it is possible to purchase one-size in certain evening dress brands.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in USD. At the time of your payment, you can also pay in Euros at the quoted Euro-USD exchange rate.

When will my order get dispatched and shipped?

How do you calculate shipping costs for my order?

At İstanbul Fashion Center, we regularly work with more than 200+ global and local shipping companies. Depending on your country, we will get the best shipping quotation from our partners and let you know the shipping price for your order and following your approval, we will forward your order to the shipping company. Some of our global partners are DHL and UPS

How do I track my order?

All orders are tracked with either Parcel Force or DHL, depending on your delivery address. Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by your order dispatch email once dispatched - which will contain your delivery tracking information. You can log in to your account on the website, click on Order History and your order number to find your order tracking number and a link to Parcel Force website or click here to Parcel Force to add your Tracking Number found in your Email Order Dispatch Confirmation or click here for DHL. How do I make changes to my delıvery and billing address?

You can change your billing and shipping address while placing an order, during the checkout process. Remember please note Billing and Delivery must be in the same country. In case of any other changes such as VAT registration number - send all the necessary updates to: [email protected]

I logged in and added styles to my wish list but when I came back not all the styles I added were available to buy?

Please note our new weekly styles sell out fast so if you like something it is best to buy them straight away when in stock.

Do you sell plus sizes?

We have currently stock plus sizes. You can buy our plus size products in all casual, evening and modest clothing categories. Please see our plus size collection here plus size

Where do you design and manufacture your products?

All of our products are produced in Turkey. All of our brands that you will buy from our website are Turkish brands with the highest quality and best wholesale price guarantee.

What are your work hours?

You can contact us by telephone +90 552 768 48 13, Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm (TR Time) and Saturday 9am - 5pm. Please note that our offices are closed from 5pm on Saturday and don't re-open until 9 am on Monday. Any emails received over the weekend period will be responded to within 24 hours from Monday morning.

What is your official return policy?

At Istanbul Fashion Center, we are committed to providing the best quality fashion items to our customers with a smooth and simple wholesale buying experience. To ensure that the items that we send to our customers are in mint conditions and free of any manufacturing defects, we carefully check each item in your order for damages and defects during the collection and packaging of the item.


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you wish to return faulty items, please notify us via our WhatsApp line at +90 552 768 48 13 and send an email to [email protected] quoting your order number, your name, product code (found on the invoice) reason for the return and images of the related defects within 7 days of receiving the goods.

All items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties or for the return postage costs.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 7 days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds can take 3-10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your banks accepting process.


We will do our best to replace a defective item. If you are entitled to a replacement item and the item is out of stock or no longer available for purchase, we will issue a store credit that is equal to the purchase amount of the defective item.


You should contact us via our WhatsApp line at +90 552 768 48 13 prior to shipping a defective item. Please also note that you need to arrange the return of the item by your own courier and at your own cost and also provide a tracking number when enquiring on the status of your return.

Can I return Sale Items?

For Sale items, we will not accept any returns due to the nature of these styles being reduced. See our full returns policy click here.

I want to use some of the pictures from your site. Can I use it on other sites?

No. All our photos are owned by Istanbul Fashion Center and only usable on our site due to contracts with our models. Please do not use our photos on another site to avoid any infringement issues.

Will my personal information be shared with other companies?

No. We value our customers' confidentiality and privacy. Your information will never be shared with other companies unless you decide to give them access.

Can we use your product descriptions?

NO! We then spend time and effort to write unique product descriptions that are ours and are unique content for our site. When people start copying and using them, it creates all sorts of search and ranking issues for both us and you. We don't mind if you take the basics of a description and rewrite it to fit your site's style or reflect your company image, but we don't allow direct copying.
